Actor Cole Brings Plenty, who played Pete Plenty Clouds on “Yellowstone” spinoff series “1923,” was found dead in Kansas on Friday, five days after he had been missing since Sunday amid a domestic violence investigation.

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office in a statement said deputies discovered the body of Cole Brings Plenty, 27, in an adjacent wooded area Friday noon, reports NBC News.

They were dispatched to check on an unoccupied vehicle in an area about 43 miles southwest of Kansas City, Kansas.

However, Deputies are yet to describe the nature of the death.

Johnson County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson McKenzi Davis said their office is still investigating this incident.

The actor, known for his work on the “Yellowstone” spinoff “1923,” was a suspect in a domestic violence case.

Police said following an alleged domestic violence incident Sunday, the actor was seen driving south from the city’s center in his Ford Explorer SUV earlier in the week.

Friends and family raised awareness and feared the worst.

Sharing the missing person fliers for his nephew on his Instagram account this week, Moses Brings Plenty expressed doubt that his nephew would have committed domestic violence, as Lawrence police alleged.

He also suspected that his nephew Cole Brings Plenty would escape or otherwise be “on the run.”

Asking authorities to find him, the elder actor called his nephew’s disappearance “anomalous”.

Lawrence police were in touch with the family and following leads in the effort to find the actor.

The district attorney’s office for the area said police filed an affidavit in support of an arrest warrant for Cole Brings Plenty. The narrative couldn’t be released unless formal charges were filed.
