Novak Djokovic holds the record of winning a record 24 Grand Slam titles.

The Serbian professional tennis player won 98 singles titles, including a record 71 big titles — 24 majors, a record 40 Masters, and a record seven ATP Finals.

In tennis history, Djokovic is the only man to be the reigning champion of all four majors at once across three different surfaces.

Djokovic is the only man to win a triple Career Grand Slam in singles, and the only player to finish a Career Golden Masters, a feat he achieved twice.

Djokovic began his career in 2003. At the age of 20 in 2008, he disrupted Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal’s streak of 11 consecutive majors by winning his first major title at the Australian Open.

Djokovic had started to separate himself from the rest of the field by 2010, as a result of which the trio of Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic was known as the “Big Three” among fans and commentators. He later rose to become No. 1 in 2011 for the first time, after winning three majors and five Masters titles, a record back then, while going 10–1 against Nadal and Federer.

He remained the most successful in men’s tennis for the remainder of the decade.

Margaret Court, largely thanks to her dominance in the Australian Open, where she won 11 titles in 14 years, remains the highest achiever of all time in women’s tennis with her 24 Grand Slam singles titles.
