“Being alone has been the most challenging part of my divorce,” Tia added, referring to her recent split from  Cory Hardrict, with whom she was married for 14 years.

Many fans took to social media to express shock and surprise that the two sisters had grown distant from each other — especially since Tamera praised her twin for the way she handled her divorce.

Talking to Entertainment Tonight in 2022, Tamera said of Tia: “She is living her authentic, true self.”
