As the 2024 Olympic Games end and the world looks ahead to 2028 in Los Angeles, Hollywood Star Tom Cruise in an epic stunt soared into the Stade de France and grabbed the Olympic flag from American artistic gymnast Simone Biles.

When the Paris Olympics ended on Sunday, the countdown for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games started. Tom Cruise among many stars was part of the celebration. Other stars include French singer Yseult, Billie Eilish, and Snoop Dogg.

Tom Cruise did a stunt at the closing ceremony, following reports of a possible performance by the actor.

During the Closing Ceremony, Tom Cruise floated among the athletes who gathered for the ceremony. He also shook hands and took selfies before grabbing the Olympic flag from Simone Biles and disappearing.

Later, the video showed Cruise riding a motorcycle onto a plane. Before switching to a shot of the iconic Hollywood sign with the Olympic rings on it, the video then cuts to Cruise doing a series of action moves.

As the scene ends with performances from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Billie Eilish, Snoop Dogg, and Dr Dre, several athletes then carry the flag from Cruise.

Scaling the famous landmark, Cruise in March was spotted with a film crew at the Hollywood sign in Los Angeles.

Additionally, a video captured him passing a flag to someone.

However, Cruise’s spokesperson did not make any comment to media on what the actor was filming.

Earlier in April, people spotted him on Paris streets riding a motorcycle at night before the filming for the “Mission Impossible” movie began officially. At the time, he was seen carrying a white flag near the Pont de Bir-Hakeim, the Saint-Georges metro station and around the Arc de Triomphe. A film crew was accompanying him.

The Hollywood connection was a fitting Olympic handoff from Paris with the next Summer Games set to take place in Los Angeles in 2028.
