Former X Factor Star Tom Mann has confirmed the loss of his fiancée Dani Hampson on their wedding day.

The musician, 28, wrote a heartbreaking Instagram message on Saturday morning, stating that the mother of his eight-month-old kid has died.

Mann, a member of the boyband Stereo Kicks, posted a photo of his partner Danielle Hampson and their baby Bowie after being totally shattered by her death.

The singer, who rose to popularity as a member of the band Stereo Kicks on the ITV talent competition in 2014, paid homage to Dani in a tragic Instagram post, saying she died before they could marry.

I can’t believe I’m typing these words, but my beloved Dani my closest friend, my love and more, the love of my life died in the early hours of Saturday morning, June 18th, Mann wrote.

Life is actually very easy. We only have a little time on this world. We get to learn how to accept ourselves and one another for the odd, messy, and amazing beings that we are.

I am absolutely shattered trying to digest this and I genuinely don’t know where to go from here, he said, adding, but I do know I need to utilize any strength I can gather for our little guy.

Mann is a Southampton-based English artist who auditioned as a solo act for The X Factor in season 10 but was removed at the Bootcamp stage by Louis Walsh. He returned for Season 11 in 2014, this time as a solo artist, but was disqualified at the Bootcamp stage. Mann has served as a songwriter and producer for various performers since leaving the band.
